We will not ask you for any money until you are happy with the work.

If upon receipt of the proof copy you are not satisfied, we will either try to rectify or you may cancel your order.

Either way we will ask you for payment to cover the Special Delivery return of your originals.

Any changes requested by you are likely to incur additional cost; we will always quote for requested changes before continuing with the work.

As we endeavour to keep our costs down we can only accept postal payment via cheque, but will accept cash and cheques via visits to our Oakham office.

We are not VAT registered, and are unable to accept credit or debit cards.

An alternative if you are in the Leicestershire, Rutland or surrounding area, and you do not wish to put your photographs or slides in the post, is to visit us in Oakham.

We will scan your originals there & then, and either provide a verbal quote or an e-mail/written quote within 2 days.

After that the process continues as with work received by post or e-mail, but with the added option that you can visit us again to approve the proofs and make your payment.

Loss or Damage


We will take every care of your originals when they are with us, but cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage either in transit or on our premises; please ensure you have insurance cover if required.
