The easiest, and our preferred, way to get your photographs or slides to us is via Royal Mail Special Delivery; this way they arrive next day, are covered by a minimum insurance of £250 and are traceable on-line.

Alternatively you can scan your photographs and send them to us as 300dpi JPEGs via e-mail

You should then add any special instructions you may have, particularly with montages, although it is probable we will be in contact with you either via telephone or via e-mail

Within 2 days we will provide a quotation either written, via telephone or e-mail, only starting work when you have directed us.

Following your quotation, if you decide to go ahead with the work, we will hold your originals in lieu of a deposit.

If you have e-mailed your originals we may ask you for a deposit of 25% of the quoted cost

We will complete your work in 7 to 14 days depending upon the nature of the work.

When the work is completed we will send you a low resolution, watermarked proof for your approval either via post, or via e-mail.

If you are happy with the work then we ask that you forward payment by cheque

When the cheque is cleared, we will send your finished work by 1st Class post, and your originals via Royal Mail Special Delivery

Our work is conducted on the basis that you own the copyright to the photographs you send us, or have permission or licence from the owner of the copyright.
